Brief Answer:
Severe constipation as side effect of imodium

Detailed Answer:
Hi and Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic,

You are on imodium i.e. loperamide, which causes severe constipation. Please stop imodium as soon as possible. If possible take a laxative like lactulose 10ml stat. Due to constipation you are unable to pass stools causing spasm in intestines.

Advice :
Take Syp Lactulose 10ml stat.
Stop imodium.
Start a probiotic.

In case, it's not relieved within next 6hours, please visit the nearest emergency room and get a retention enema.

Thanks
