Question: sir my age is 47,my problem is i am going to letrine 4 times a day.morning i rise from bed immmediately,after fecewash i drink 250 ml water i have to go for second time,at eevening 5 o clock i take tea third time i have to go.at 9 0 clock after coming from shop fourth time.it is causing me so many troubles.iam very much fearing to travel to other places.please help me

You seem to be suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome.

I would recommend following:

1. To use a bulk forming powder like Softovac to be taken 3 teaspoon full with a cup of water daily in night.

2. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone (40/30 mg)once a day before breakfast.

3. Drink plenty of water.

4. Include fruits and papaya in diet.
