Brief Answer:
its safe at 25 weeks pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.
At 25 weeks of pregnancy when the vital organs of the fetus are completely formed and the risk of any congenital malformation is averted ,it is completely safe to take beta agonists for allergic bronchitis.
you may take 2 puffs twice a day for both alternately at 6 hr interval if the symptoms are still persisting. Then when the symptoms are controlled then you may use it SOS. as and when required.

Thanks for the follow up.
Yes you can take lozenges for sore throat but restrictively. If the wheeze and breathlessness is no more existent then you may use the nebulizer only when required.
Secondly if the cough is still persistent after 10 days, then you would require an antibiotic .you may use Tab erythromycin 250 mg thrice a day for 5 days. Its safe in pregnancy.
Also you try steam inhalation and saline warm water gargles twice a day. This would help soothen the sore throat.
