Brief Answer:
Senile pruritus

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed senile pruritus.
The skin looses hydration with age and becomes dry this leads to itchy spots.
I treat such cases with paraffin liquid application.
Various moisturisers containing white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin are available.
You can try this.
It gives good response within a week.
If possible please upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
