Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst....

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your medical history carefully and the photos you sent in.

After going through them, I realized that the white-headed like pimple inside your foreskin, which is painless seems to be sebaceous cyst. They are usually with the size you get it and are painless. It's not related to STD disease taking into account your sexual life (monogamous) and personal medical history of no risk for STD.

If you fear molluscum contagiousum, they tend to be smaller in size and flashy appearance, which I did not noticed in your case.

So, it seems nothing worrisome. Keep good personal hygiene.
As you are uncircumcised, I'd advise to discuss with an urologist about circumcision. You are still young, but with passing of time, problems with your uro-genital tract will be present especially related to prostate and obstacles/infection of urine flow. Being uncircumcised will aggravate such problems. So better get circumcised for now.

All the best! Let me know if you have further queries.

Hi thank you for your reply I'm happy now that it's not any kind of problem & this morning I did a home remedy treatment for the sebaceous cyst in my foreskin by adding one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with water I did 10 minutes massage & the cyst came off now it looks very clear and there's no pain or any kind of discomfort so is it normal

Brief Answer:
That's normal for sebaceous cyst;keep it clean...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Yes, that's normal. Just keep it clean and everything will be cleared.
However, I still insist you should think over being circumcised as it will give permanent solution to your actual problems.

If no more questions, please close this discussion and give your positive feedback if satisfied with my answer.
