Brief answer....There is  nothing to worry
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and would like to assure you that There is nothing to worry as it is a normal healing process.
A healed wound has a healthy, shiny look to the surface and is red to dark pink in color. Small wounds may heal in 2-3 weeks. Larger wounds may take 4-5 weeks total. The wound will remain quite red and slowly fade over the next few weeks or months. Sometimes ,in few cases,it may take even 6 months to one year to fade completely.
Keep applying VIT E or you can even apply coconut oil.
You should worry only in following circumstances,like...
If,There is any oozing of blood or pus
If the redness is increasing
If you develop fever
If above mentioned symptoms or signs are not there, then be relaxed,as it would heal gradually.Since There is no process to hasten it and since it has to heal naturally, just wait  and watch and let it heal.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Thankyou! Which would you recommend? Bio oil or vitamin cream? Also I have a main scar on my forehead which shows sign of skin tear, the others show just red skin no skin damage, which is best for which?
