Hello,
Thank you for posting your query to HCM,

From what you are describing looks like a composition of symptoms.
For how long have you had these symptoms?
I'm gonna give some of my thoughts below, but please add facts if I have supposed them wrong.
-- No fever is a good sign, and it may mean that symptoms are going to get better.
-- Runny nose, nausea and diarrhea are signs of a viral infection. They last 3-5 days, and start to get better
-- Salty taste in the mouth happen in dehydration, which may have come because of the diarrhea and the loss of fluids.
-- the tingling sensation may be nothing in general, anxiety mostly...but if its getting worse, and accompanied with numbness and pain, then should investigate more.

If I was your caring doctor I would recommend to drink plenty of fluids and eating an healthy diet these days; rest and try to not get too anxious about your health, because it may make it worse; if needed take probiotics to help with diarrhea (yogurt helps the diarrhea sometimes); take Ibuprofen 400mg for the pain/tingling or fever if it restarts again.

Anyway, if you have more then 2 weeks with these symptoms I would recommend seeing a doctor, so he will do a general check-up (we can't do that here) and order some labs to rule out serious conditions.

Hope I answered your question.
Let me know if you have other questions. I would be happy to answer.

Take care,
Dr. Papaqako
