Suggest treatment for running nose and sneezing, no fever

HI, I am XXXX from XXXXXXX Software. My mom is 54 years old, since the past 2 days she has running nose and has been sneezing a lot. She does not have temperature right now...but is not feeling very well overall. Can you recommend?

Thanks for writing to us.

Your mother has cold,sneezing and no fever suggest it is common cold.
I were your treating doctor I would suggest an antihistamine like Cetrizine for sneezing one tablet before bed for 3 days. Continue paracetamol if she has fever, body pains and headache.
Additionally I also suggest
Steam inhalation for 10-15 minutes 3 times a day.
Avoid cold items like water, ice creams.
Drink warm water.
