Brief Answer:
Need your kind assistance first ma'am, thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would like some assistance from you before further helping you ma'am. As you must understand, providing accurate and effective treatment options requires an accurate diagnosis. And when dealing with the skin conditions, it is best to physically examine the region. As I cannot do that, I would like to request you to take clear images of the affected regions and attach it to our conversation as this is an option.

Along with this I would also like you kind response on each of the following points:

-When did these depressions and lumps occur? (time duration)
-Did they appear acutely (all of a sudden) or this was gradual (over a period of time)?
-Do you think there was any triggering factor causing the onset of these lumps or depressions? And if you do, please let me know what it could be?
-Is the affected region itchy?
-Have you started using any new product to the region? (e.g. new moisturiser, soap, detergent, body wash, sheets, etc.)
-Have you eaten anything new? Walked around plant or a forest recently?
-Do you see any silver scaling?
-Have you been diagnosed with any chronic conditions? (e.g. gout, eczema, arthritis, thyroid abnormalities, etc.)
or any other information you have that you think may or may not be relevant that can help me.

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further ma'am. Please also do not hesitate to write to me about anything, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
