1) Since how long you are facing this problem of retrograde ejaculation?
2) Have you undergone any surgery on bladder ?
3) Do you have any major health issue like diabetes ,hypertension ?
4) Did you have any major illness in near past ?
5) Have you ever done microscopic examination of your urine immediately after sexual intercourse that ended with orgasm to confirm the presence of sperms in urine?
6) Are you taking any medications ?

At the outset it is utmost essential to find out the cause of of retrograde ejaculation .

In absence of any major health issue one can expect to get this resolved itself .There are few drugs like Pseudoephedrene and Imipramine that help to close the bladder neck during ejaculation and prevent backward flow of semen in bladder however the results are not guaranteed .

If these drugs fail to give results the only option left is to try IVF using washed sperm from urine to effect fertilization.You have to consult qualified Infertility Specialist.
