Is it likely that my RA and/or the treatments I am taking for RA could be contributing factors to my Restless Leg Syndrome? What would be your recommendations regarding treatment of my RLS?

Brief Answer:
Medicines/Good sleep hygiene

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

In addition to RLS medicines, non-pharmacological measures are very important-
1)Good sleep hygiene
2)Avoid hot bath immediately before sleep
3)Avoid tea/coffee, till a couple of hours before sleep
4)Physical exercise every day, but not at night time.

These non-pharmacological measures are really crucial.
Hope that helps. If you have further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
