Brief Answer:
Can continue Sinate - OD

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Hope your sister is better now ?
After taking the Sinate - OD, did you feel any improvement in your nausea and vomiting.
You are now almost 13 weeks, in a week or two, the nausea and vomiting will naturally improve, and you will feel the difference.
The second trimester is easier to handle in terms of symptoms.
If that tablet makes you feel better, then please continue to take it as long as you wish.
Mild aches and pains are normal during pregnancy.
The pain should not be very severe, crampy, constant or associated with bleeding / lots of discharge.
As the recent scan is normal, there is nothing to worry.
Just avoid heavy food and follow the dietary precautions that I earlier described.
Do not worry about occasional aches and pains, they are part and parcel of pregnancy as your entire body undergoes major changes.
Take care.
Please feel free to discuss further.
