Question: During USG of my stomach, I came to know that there is one stone in my kidney (size 3.2mm) . Please advise if it will come out of its own. What are the precautions to be maintained?

It can be passed off in urine easily.

Detailed Answer:
A small stone of 3.2 mm can be passed off easily in the urine and you don't need to worry about it. You don't really require any intervention. You can repeat an ultrasound examination after 2-3 weeks. You don't need to modify your diet for the sake of preventing such stones as they are very small. You might be having tendency for stone formation. Drink water frequently and slightly reduce the salt intake.
