Question: Hi sir i am 38 years old my wife is 35 years old and we want kids we had late marriage, my problem is my penis are small in size and I have to rub my penis to get erection when ever I want to have intercourse and went I about to insert my penis into her it become soft the hardness is not there.

As an Urologist, i must advise you, to try Tadalafil tablet, before foreplay.
You should not be on any cardiac medicines.
Increase the time of foreplay. Don't be in a hurry to insert penis, after an erection.
Don't be conscious about your penis size during sex.
For Tadalafil to act fully, a good arousal is needed.
Try this for about two weeks and if it works, then fine.
If successful, try having sex, without Tadalafil.
If that doesn't work, then consult an Urologist.
You'll need to check blood routine ,sugar,LFT,LH,FSH,testosterone.
