Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Red palms also called palmar erythema has many causes. get it evaluated. it could be local cause like eczema , irritation, dermatitis or some local cause or it could be a manifestation of some underlying illness . Liver diseases , rheumatoid illness can cause it but in those case history is more than 5 days. It could be a side effect of some medication you recently took, it could be hormonal issue. It could be some thing skin allergy.

its too early to comment on it and needs clinical correlation. Take some benadryl and advil and see if it helps. You may apply topical betamethasone lotion over it and see if it helps.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
