Suggest Treatment For Redness On The Abdomen

default
Posted on Tue, 25 Apr 2017
Question: I wake up in the mornings very nauseated sometimes. I have been doing this for 5 years. I have had two stomach scopes and showed nothing except redness in my stomach. I have tried Ranitidine, Aceiphex and all those types of meds with no results. I do not vomit. I can not sleep laying down or I get nauseated. My Gastro Dr. has no answers for me. Do you have any ideas?

Brief Answer:
Can be Dyspepsia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking your query on HealthccareMagic.
Have gone through your question in details and really appreciate your concern.
As you are not at all relieved by Gastro medicine possibility is that you have sleep apnoea.People who suffer from sleep apnoea, a condition that can cause you to stop breathing during the night, can wake in the morning feeling unrested and nauseous.
Intially i wont suggest you any further investigations Rather would suggest you to ask your Gastroenterologist to add Rabeprazole and Levosulpiride combination once daily to your medication list.Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor much more effective then Ranitidine or other H2 blockers.
Levosulpiride is prokinetic drug and have excellent results when combined with Rabeprazole.
One tablet once daily should be taken everyday for 14 days and see how you are responding to it.

Suggestions-
Start Rabeprazole L for 5 days and report how you are feeling.

I wish you a great health.
Thanks!
