Question: I have bumps on my hand underneath the skin and lil redish looking bumps on my wrist and a few on my penis. What can cause this?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

It is hard to tell the exact nature of the bumps you described without looking or having a picture and having more information like are they itchy or not, contain or not any fluid inside, time and relation with any sexual activity etc.

However they can be warts, molluscum contagiosum, or lesions from sexually transmitted diseases.

I suggest you to show and discuss your concerns with a Dermatologist.
