And I noticed one thing that there appears a little red spot at the tip of my pennis head aroun the urine hole of my pennis every time I masturbate and sometimes below foreskin..., what should I do is it safe to have sex ??? Is my pennis healthy??

Brief Answer:
A very mild inflammation of the penis head and tip is seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.

From the photos,it appears as a mild inflammation over the penis head, called balanitis. The minimal change at the tip,is also similar.
This is because you keep the foreskin retracted during masturbation.
This will cause discoloration, which may change, over a period of time.

During masturbation,you can use a lubricant,like vaseline,which's very safe.
Maintain good penile hygiene and avoid moisture.

You can have sex,if you so desire.
There's really nothing to worry about.

Wish you well.

Thank you
But i have litlle doubt in mind, is it a normal healthy penis or do i need to take any medication ( if yes can you please suggest some medication that i can buy directly from pharmacy and start using), and about sex .. Is it safe for my partner without a condom ..( i mean if there is a direct contact).., i avoid any kind of moisture situation down there but in that case my penis head becomes dry..(can you please suggest some oinment to avoid any fungal growth or antibiotic which i can use regularly without any side affect) and is there a way to get rid of there black and red spots from the head of my penis( can you suggest some medication or oinment) which i can directly buy from a pharmacy?
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Avoid self treatment with anti-fungal ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Your penis is looking very healthy.
You can very well have a normal sexual life.
A condom isn't needed to have any protective effect,as you don't have an infection.
The minimal inflammation seen, can be treated with neosporin ointment at bedtime, for a fortnight.

You can get it from a licensed pharmacist or a doctor.

Do not use any anti-fungal ointment,as you don't have any fungal infection.

The spots can be laser treated,if you want.
You'll have to get it done by a cosmetologist or skin specialist.

Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Monitor the head of penis weekly.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Normally,we monitor the person using it, after one week.
As you may not really need it more than that, you can stop and see yourself.

If you've any doubt,send a snap here,with a close-up.
Wish you well.
