Brief Answer:
Herpes progenitalis is most likely possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Herpes progenitalis. It is viral infection of skin caused by Herpes simplex virus 2 affecting genitalia. It is characterised by grouped fluid filled lesions on erythematous base associated with burning sensation or pain. It has a recurring and relapsing course. The sores usually subsides by itself within a duration of 7-10days.
I prefer to advise oral antivirals like Acyclovir to my such patients which are started within 24-48hours of onset of rash. Also topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin 2 percent is advised to br applied over affected area.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription. He my order IgG and IgM antibodies for HSV 1 and HSV 2 for you.
You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
Take care

Thanks

Brief Answer:
you should visit your doctor for prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Its my pleasure to help you here.
On this platform, we as a doctor can advise you but cannot give you prescription. As these medications should be taken under doctor's supervision. I usually advice Tab Acyclovir in a dose of 400mg three times a day to an adult 50-70kg body weight for a duration of 7 days. The dose depends on body weight. So it would be better if you can see to your doctor in person.
Thanks
