Brief Answer:
Cortisone cream and antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems you have developed eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine 4 mg twice daily 10-14 days.
Besides this continue the moisturising lotion.
This will subside your rash and itching.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
