Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Penis
Question: Hello, I just noticed today I have small red bumps on shaft of my penis very concerned, they don't itch or hurt when I urinate would found they be?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have bumps on penis These could be due to infection of glans penis which could be due to dry ,rough vigorous sex.

1) Did you have unprotected sex before you developed these bumps.?
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
I think it should get cured within a week,

The bumps are clustered red and all over the tip of my penis, no pain, they are not fluid filled, yes I did have unoroteted sex with female about 1 month and half ago, her status std unknown.
