Question: Had a tick in between my toe and it was getting pretty red and itchy but i think we got it all out and the swelling and most of the redness is gone should i have it checked out by a dr?

If the tick is out then you don't need to go to a doctor.
Put some ice on top so it.
Take a mild painkiller (eg. Tylenol 650mg) in case it is painful.

It should not become worse. If it becomes painful and swollen means that it is getting infected and accumulating pus and might need to get drained - that is the time to go see a local doctor.
