Brief Answer:
vaginal swab examination and blood sugar level to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Recurrent vaginal infection and urinary tract infection are there either due to incomplete treatment or due to diabetes mellitus, or deranged blood sugar levels.
If you are having such a prolonged history of recurrent infections and antibiotics, then you should get your blood sugar levels checked.
If raised, then you should take appropriate treatment.
A repeat vaginal swab examination should be done to detect whether the infection is present or not.A vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test should be done to find the appropriate antibiotics for treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
