Brief Answer:
Multivitamins for 3 weeks...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I would suggest starting a course of multivitamin pills for 3-4 weeks. Vitamin deficiency is one of the causes of mouth ulcers. If symptoms persist despite this course, it will be worthwhile consulting a doctor, a oral physician (dentist) for examination. Sometimes a wrong bite, a few viral infections or other causes may be the reason for recurring ulcers.

In addition to multivitamins I will also suggest you handle stressors if you are stressed out. Good sleep and exercise will help you ease and manage stressors.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Zincovit....

Detailed Answer:
I would suggest tab zincovit once a day and tab limcee chewable tablets once a day for 2 - 3 weeks.

Consider plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with other measures I suggested in my previous reply.

Hope this helps.
