Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand and share your concern.
XXXXXXX you've been on stone treatment for last 12 years.
You're prone to be a recurrent stone former, if you don't take precautions.

Your symptoms of pain and bleeding, is due to movements of the stones.
Movement causes the pain, and friction of the stones during movements, causes bleeding.

The scan shows multiple stones in both kidneys.
The right kidney has larger stones in the upper pole, which need to be tackled first.
Stones less than 6mm are not a cause for worry.

Your symptoms will not be relieved, unless the stones are out of the kidney.
The blood report shows, both kidneys are functioning normally.

Stones can be removed by several methods.
The most common treatment is URS-lithotripsy (endoscopic stone fragmentation).
The URS (uretero-reno-scopic) fragmentation of stones, using Laser or ultrasound energy. A flexible URS procedure is also called RIRS,which helps clear all kidney stones. In good centres, both sides are treated simultaneously also.

You'll need to drink 12-15 glasses fluids daily.
Stone dissolution syrup like potassium-magnessium-citrate is very effective.
Take it twice or thrice daily, mixed in water or fluids, like lemon juice.

Avoid milk and dairy products.
You should get some more blood and urine tests done for knowing type of stone.

1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,electrolytes,LFT.
3. blood calcium, phosphorus and uric acid.
4. 24 hours urine for calcium, phosphorus and uric acid.

Hope you've a clear picture for your stone treatment.
You're welcome to send any questions you may have, along with the reports advised, for an expert opinion.

2. What type of food I should take?
3. Which method is good for me to remove the stone w/o causing any problem to my kidney.
