Suggest Treatment For Recurring Armpit Rash, Fatigue And Joint Pain

Question: I have a severe reoccurring rash in each arm pit and I am experiencing fatigue and most of all have really bad joint pain in absolutely all of my joints including my feet. I can't seem to get any answers. I have changed to I scented soaps too so I don't think the rash is an allergy

What joints are affected more?
Are you having early morning stiffness?

You should keep it clean and most by applying any moisturiser
you can take anti inflammatory drug like ibuprofen or disclofenac for joint pain relief.

I have been tested for RA, Lupus and any autoimmune deseases. And all are negative. Which is great but it isnstill not an answer for the joint pain? I shower every day as far as the rash goes and nothing seems to help

Aperture from these tests I would advise you for serum uric acid, vitamin D and calcium estimation test or an X ray of any of the large joint and lower spine.

Meanwhile you should apply any ointment containing broad spectrum antibiotics and antifungal or steroids preparation on the rashes
You should take Ibuprofen for joint pain among with calcium and vitamin Do supplements
Maintain good posture and try to avoid injury or trauma because this kind of joint pain might be related to degenerative bone disease or post menopausal osteoporosis.
