Brief Answer:
Better to go for investigation like biopsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX
Thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic.
This is Dr. Dipti XXXXXXX here to answer your query.

Actually there can be many reasons for oral cavity boils eg.
- first it can be possible that these are recurrent oral ulcers called as aphthous ulcers
-second they can be viral ulcers
-third they can be boils of autoimmune disorder like lichen planus, or pemphigus,
If possible you can send a photographs of the boils, then it will be better for me for diagnosis.

Or you can ask your dentist for a biopsy for your boils which will give a proper result , as the treatment for all the boils is not the same.

Hope it will help you.

Thank you
Regards
