Question: dear sir/ madam I am suffering from back pain from last 3 yrs . L4-L5 disc protrusion . I can't sit or stand for long time she to extreme back and radiating left leg scatia pain. I consult .many doctors and physiotherapist. advised. back exersies. like extension . I am doing them ..but can't get good results.so I want to confirm with u ..that may I join gym to make my lower back.legs and hips strong.
I am also attaching my reports.

Thanks for the query

You are having this type of pain because of the slip disc pressing on the nerves.

Sorry, but I'm unable to see any attached reports in this query.

Please do furnish your MRI report, xray film if possible.

Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Do back extension and strengthening exercises. Get TENS therapy done for the lower back by Physiotherapist.

If the slip disc is mild, you can be managed on medication.

If moderate, an Epidural steroid injection will help.

If severe, you may require discectomy to remove the slipped disc.
