Posted on Mon, 16 Jan 2017
Question: Hi, My name is XXXX,
I have a reoccurring UTI and large blister on foot, and a smaller, but large blister on small finger, and small ones on lip, and face (that did not swell up), mouth has ulcers. My foot itches, gets fever, develops a blister and pops. The hand itches swells up and will eventually pop. I am taking bacterium, l-lycine, and ibuprofen. This is the forth time this has happened, and the blisters are in the same places every time.

Brief Answer:
Drug rash...fixed drug eruption most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read history and I thought about drug rash. It may be fixed drug eruption most probably. The culprit would be ibuprofen. You may upload the photos of affected parts for the perfect diagnosis. You should consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would suggest...

- antihistaminics
- oral steroid in tapering dose
- paracetamol
- antibiotic like azithromycine
- apply sisomycine cream on the lesions
Do get prescription for avobe medicines from a physician.

If you have any query, you may ask...ok

Wishing early cure....

Thanks.
