Suggest Treatment For Rectal Polyps
Question: Hello (I got 3 exterior rectal polyps about 1/2" long) I have a terrible itching and burning sensation, I can not even sleep without scratching ,I tried proctosol 2.5 , betadine , witch XXXXXXX , triple antibiotic , I even shaved off the hair in that area and it just getting worst . Seems like I scratched to much scratching and skin can not heal anymore and the sort hair makes it worst . Please help me , thx.

From the symptoms like terrible itching you are having you might be having haemarrhoids. Polyps usually do not present with itching. It would have been great had I examined you on my own.
Do not worry.
I would suggest you to
1. Drink diet rich in fibre
2. Drink loads of water
3. Avoid straining during stool.
4. I would start Lactulose syrup to soften the stool
5. Get a blood haemoglobin done
6. Visit a surgeon . He/she can examine you and guide you on the further management.

Hello ,please see picture attached , I really need something that will heal the wounds from scratching , is horrible I could not sleep well for 1 month now even while sleeping I was aware of it and scratching the place , and yes I will go for a endoscopy soon but I can not wait doing nothing for my appointment that s not scheduled yet doing nothing about it couse even my eyes are affected since I have this problem , my eyes are always tired and got deeper in to my eye sockets, even changed the way I look .
