Brief Answer: Rule out Pemphigus Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX I am Dr Mittal I have read your query There is one thing I would definitely like to rule out in this case And that is ruling out pemphigus/pemphigoid. These are autoimmune conditions and the boils keep coming Since there is no real infection, the antibiotics are of limited use and really dont always help I would suggest a skin biopsy This is probably the only confirmative way to diagnose the condition Please bear in mind that this is a supposition since I have not seen the boils and their extent But its definitely worth ruling out Best of luck Dr Mittal
