Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection over the infra mammary area.
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole over the affected area twice daily . You might need to apply it regularly for atleast ten days for complete healing .
Also please tell which medicine are you applying over it at present.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further infection.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
You might need a course of oral antifungals if the lesion still tends to persist or increase .
