Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably have developed fungal infection.
It is known as tenia cruris and is one of the commonest fungal infections.
It mainly affects the thigh region due to presence of moisture.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal agents.
Combination of fluconazole tablet and topical clotrimazole works very well.
It is safe and effective and shows good response within 15 days.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
