Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Soft Palate

Question: Having micro rashes on the roof of my mouth and they extend till my throat.

I have taken a photograph of my mouth . these are really small rashes , filled with water . Orange in color and large in number.

Are the rashes associated with pain or burning sensation ?
Do you have any rashes elsewhere in the body ?

Image is attached , you can see the part near the throat , you will see very tiny blisters near the opening of the throat

I have seen the image attached.

I could think of two possibilities.

One being, simple folliculitis. Inflammation of the glands over the palate. This needs no intervention. Gargling with antiseptic solution like Chlorhexidine thrice daily would help.

The other cause becomes possibility if you are sexually active. It can be Oral herpes in its initial stage. If it is herpes if will worsen day by day rapidly. Then you must visit your treating doctor for better examination and management.
