Question: Yes, I have a rash mostly on my shoulder...it does not itch, but it is sensitive to touch as are other parts of my body. Also, I get sharp shooting pains in my head every few minutes. YYYY@YYYY

I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
You seem to be having shingles as I can appreciate few blisters and excoriations along with redness.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antiviral medication like tablet valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7-10 days.
For pain you can take continue with tablet advil or tablet tramadol.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
