Question: I have a weird rash on my penis shaft and balls? Can you help me figure out what is wrong

I just noticed it today, I had sex with someone new and wore a condom on January 2nd. There are currently no other symptoms of pain or itchiness at the moment.

So, I just want to check in, on my scrotum, the skin was a little dry and flakey, and the bumps on shaft seemed to have gone done, these are not open wounds, almost, more like a rash?

Obviously I dont want it to be herpes, but, could it be something less serious like, Jock itch, or some type of yeast infection?

I have attached two new pictrues as well.

If you look carefully there are tiny water filled lesions on your penis and scrotum.
Water filled lesions are usually seen in herpes.
Please get blood test for herpes done.
It is called as anti hsv .
This will make the picture more clear.
