Brief Answer:
Hydrortisone cream for local application

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

I have gone through the query, it is difficult to say what it is without examination. If possible upload the picture for better assessment.

Do you have itching, over the area. What about nausea and vomiting. Usually good allergy prevent with vomiting and with some abdominal upset.

Based on the information to me it appears to be contact dermatitis. You might have come in contact with some thing with which you won't be coming in contact regularly.

I would have asked you to wash the affected part with cool water and mold soap. Would have treated you with a hydrocortisone cream, that would be sufficient. And you can continue to take benadryl. You should be fine with this in two to three days. If it persists or increases I would suggest you to see doctor for further help.

Hope this help.
Take care.
