Brief Answer:
Possibility of an allergic process

Detailed Answer:
Hi My Dear

Welcome.

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist.
I have examined the pics and it matches an allergic response to some irritant.

To someone with similar profile, I would recommend

1 To wear cotton garments and preferably loose dresses

2 avoidance of cosmetics like deodorant, perfume

3 Simple food without spicy content

4 To pay attention to any other medication being consumed

5 Hydrocortisone cream locally thrice a day

6 Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg a day

7 Avoid sun exposure

It is expected that it should start clearing in two to three days. Shampoo or other medications may be put on hold for now.

If you have more concerns, please feel free to contact.

Best wishes from us!

Brief Answer:
Need to be more vigilant

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

Thanks for the valuable input.

It would be good to take the following additional measures

1 Please share your investigation reports if any. Of more use would be blood counts, patch test results, and urine/stool exam reports. One can go for fresh investigations if the available ones are not recent.

2 If any treatment for this condition or another has been taken or if you are on medication, it would help to share the information.

3 Please also note if there is any diurnal or climatic variation.

4 Did you notice any triggering/ relieving factors? Kindly provide these inputs so that best possible help can be furnished.

The antiallergic that I just suggested can be safely taken twice a day, if at all needed.

Best wishes
