Question: I developed a rash where my clothes were touching the skin. I wear undershirts and there is a definite line where the undershirt protected the skin. What is the recommended treatment and how long should it last.

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed fungal infection.
It is common at the sites of fold.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You can try this.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Thank you.
