Brief Answer:
Rash

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
Rashes of the type you describe are very common in the spring and summer time. Most are accompanied by fever. They are harmless and ultimately resolve on their own. They do not leave any permanent discolorations or scars.
the only time there could be a potential problem is if the child does not take in any fluids. The blisters on the lips, and sometimes inside the mouth, can be painful and sometimes the children refuse to drink. Encouraging hydration is vital. If the pain increases, it can be treated with Ibuprofin.
