Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.

My opinion:

This is an allergic attack first thing you should do is to give her an anti histamine, this will make the attack subside then we can try to find out the reason.

Possible reasons:

1-Drugs (but as you said you didn't take anything new so we will exclude it)
2-New clothes
3-Carpet
4-pets
5- Environment
6- Like tick lice or any other bug sometimes can cause allergic reaction.
7- Sometimes patients undergoing radiation therapy have been reported to show UN explained idiopathic allergic reactions.
8- Any other cause, sometimes this can be internal germs which cause allergic reaction and when body gets rid of them the allergic reactions subside.

Advice:

1) Check her blood pressure if you can.
2) Give her much water to drink and give her anti histamine like loratidine
3) If allergy doesn't subside in 2-3 hours and keeps getting worse get her a shot of steroid.
4) Think about any possible cause of allergy she could contact in last 8-10 hours? Any source of pests, food, environmental triggers?
5) Did she wear any new or newly washed clothes this can be a cause
6)- there can be simply no real cause it might just be a single attack for some reason and it might not occur again so if it settles and doesn't happen again (which is much expected), then well and good but before it happens again don't wait for it try to think of possible causes of allergy you can think of any possibility coming in your mind i can discuss it with you.

But I am pretty much certain that this is a sporadic attack and this won't happen again, If there is no major neglected trigger.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health!!
