Brief Answer:
Allergic aontact dermatitis; visit dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have also seen the photograph.

I will keep a possibility of Allergic Contact Dermatitis (ACD) to tattoo ink, as the reason behind rashes and oozing. I guess it must be itching too? though you did'nt mentioned it..

Since there is oozing and raw skin, therefore, If I was the treating doctor I would have started you on an empirical course of oral antibiotic to prevent/prophylaxis against secondary bacterial infection. My choice of an empirical oral antibiotic is usually a penicillin (e.g flucloxacillin).

Specific treatment for ACD would include topical potent steroid+antibiotic combination creams (e.g clobetasol propionate+fusidic acid cream), to be applied twice daily for a week or 10 days. Topical steroids are prescription products.

An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily would provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.
Your treating dermatologist might also start you on a short course of an oral steroids if deemed necessary, to take faster control of the allergic contact dermatitis.

Take care
regards
