Brief Answer:
Cardiac stenosis causing syncope

Detailed Answer:
Post-micturition syncope is the name given to the human phenomenon of fainting shortly after or during urination. It is a type of Vasovagal response. The presence of heart disease is a strong predictor of a cardiac cause of syncope and virtually includes all cardiac syncopes,Cardiac syncope results from inadequate effective cardiac output and may reflect serious underlying structural heart disease likestenosis as in your case due to stenosis blood flow cannot be maintained hence causing syncope.
In stenosis there is-
Inadequate increase in cardiac output and hence blood pressure maintenance because of fixed mechanical obstruction.
As you have cardiac stenosis most likely the cause of syncope in your case is the stenosis.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
When there is stenosis heart fails to maintain cardiac output therefore its beats more then normal per minute to maintain the cardiac output. Its a natural process by which heart tries to compensate the cardiac output.

Thanks!
