Brief Answer:
Finding suggest mildly raised urea & creatinine level towards upper limit.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your mother findings suggests mildly raised serum urea and creatinine level is towards upper limit.
It may be the reason for bilateral renal parenchymal disease.
Your mother need clinical evaluation and further investigations.
She may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,lipid profile,complete renal function test(include creatinine clearance,GFR,serum sodium,potassium,chloride bicarbonate,24 hour protein excretion),urine RE/ME.

She may need diet restriction and few medicines depending upon findings.

Simple renal cortical cyst generally only need follow up.In asymptomatic cases ,it generally doesn't require any treatment. These are age related developmental cysts.

It is important to keep her blood pressure in controlled level so that further progression of renal disease can be halted.

She need to be examined by a nephrologist.
