Brief Answer:
Yoou need to continue this for 15 more days

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Groin pull is a bad injury and it takes time to improve. This can be few weeks to a month. So you should continue your physiotherapy. If there is increase in pain even after 15 days then you need to get MRI of the groin region to see if there is partial tear of the muscle fibre. Then your pain may require more prolong therapy.
I would also suggest you to :
1.Hot water fomentation.
2.Tablet Etoricoxib one daily.
3. Tablet tendocare one daily after discussing with your doctor.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

Brief Answer:
Time will going to heal it

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. I understand that you are having difficulty in walking but these type of injuries take time to improve. I would suggest you to take better pain killers like Pregabalin or Amytryptalin. Also avoid walking or running if not needed.
Thanks.
