Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Puffiness of eyes is normal after sleep. But,you should be investigated if they are persistent.
It is seen in kidney disease commonly.Serum Creatinine , Blood Urea levels have to be checked to know kidney function.
In some, fat prolapse may also cause this.It has to be corrected by Oculoplastic surgery.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
