Question: Hi Dr. I am 63 but look 40ish and have fluid around the eye area, what can I used for this. Ii am trying to take off weight as well. Take Vit B12 shots. and liver detox. drink apple cider vinegar, take belly fat liquid supplement, candida homeopathic liquid green tea with raspberry ketone, green tea with green coffee,
I was taking a water pills for fluid under the eyes, not sure how much weight lose, but around 12 lbs since 7-28-14. Thank you have a good day.XXXX
PS My mom passed this April 28-2014 and now I have itch, no blister from very much stress. No shingles.

I can understand your concern.

I would like to know since when are you having fluid under eyes (puffy eyes or edema)?
Since when are you having itchy skin? Is it associated with puffy eyes?
Do you have any history of allergy?
How is your sleep - do you sleep for atleast 6-8 hours in a day?

Puffy eyes may be due to aging which is normal or allergy or due to diet.

Water pills known as Diuretics is not used for weight management. It is primarily used to manage kidney, liver, heart conditions. If you have no such associated comorbidities, I will not encourage use of water pills.

For itch I would suggest you Cetrizine 5 mg at bedtime and caladryl lotion as well,
Avoid dryness of skin by applying moisturizer.
You can use cold compression for your eyes.
Elevate head end of your bed while sleeping.
Get enough sleep.
