Brief Answer:
Regarding a dry scaly patch on feet?? Psoriasis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.

I am Dr. kakkar(Dermatologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the images.
I can see a dry, scaly, fissures plaque on your feet in this image. This could be that due to plaque psoriasis Or it could be simple eczematous dermatitis.
You should use a moisturizer frequently for this area. At least 3-4 times in a day.
In addition I suggest you to use a superpotent topical steroid e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% Or halobetasol propionate 0.05%, twice daily for this patch, in between the moisturizer applications.
You may also take a tab cetrizine 10mg once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
Dont panic, from what i can see in this image this is very much manageable and i am sure you will notice significant improvements with the above medications. These are prescription medications and I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a prescription regarding the same.

Brief Answer:
Regarding management of dry, scaly patch on your feet

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

There are no specific dietary restrictions or recommendations. Potent topical steroids like clobetasol propionate 0.05% Or halobetasol propionate 0.05% are effective in resolving these patches of eczema/ localized plaque psoriasis, provided you use these medications judiciously as adviced by your doctor and for the recommended duration. Once these patches have resolved you may then continue with just the moisturizer on your skin - keeping your skin hydrated is advisable to prevent relapse of eczema/ psoriasis.
