Can you elaborate on MTX and PUVA treatment.Is there some medicine which can be taken orally to prevent this.if yes then please suggest dosage etc.

It can be useful in doses of 10-25 mg/week in single dose.The drugs can be used for 3-6 months.
PUVA therapy consists of exposure to psoralens through ingestion in a PUVA chamber .
Other effective drugs are topical Retinoids gel.The gel can be applied 4 times a day in 0.1% conc.
Retinoids can be good alternative topical drugs.
