Brief Answer:
I need to know more information.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

Basically I am concerned with your PSA level prior to the biopsy and the XXXXXXX score in your histopathologic result. This would determine your risk of recurrence and probability of progression to a symptomatic disease. If you have XXXXXXX 6 cancer or PSA less than 10 then you have a low risk for progression and you can opt for watchful waiting due to your advanced age.

Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy is not proven to decrease or cure cancer. It is used to treat side effects of radiation therapy like inflammation in the bowel and urinary bladder. It also has a potential to increase cancer activity due to increased oxygenation to cancer cells so i would be very wary in choosing HBOT because it may potentially lead to more harm and no benefit at all.

I Hope I have succeeded in providing you with the information you need.
